I am a mother to three kids that have taught me most of what I know about patience, love, being non-judgemental, and hard (really hard) work. I am a wife and am grateful every day for a loving companion. I love hiking, lake trips and water sports, camping, cycling, traveling, and almost anything active outdoors. I am known for having a lot of energy, organizing gatherings, and listening to Luke Combs songs on repeat for longer than I am willing to admit.

When I was 21, I was diagnosed with ADD and finally began to understand my academic struggles and why it seemed to take me twice as much effort as everyone around me to succeed. This was the beginning of a wonderful discovery about myself, what I needed, and how I would find success. I learned (and am still understanding) the power of my thoughts and how they can hurt me or help me.

I was a stay-at-home mom for several years and found ways to volunteer in my community, church, and my kid’s schools to keep me busy and involved and around as many people as possible (I love people!). I pursued a career in marketing for 10 years and was a volunteer teacher to high school students for 4 years. There, I fell in love with mentoring, teaching, and loving teens. We welcomed teen foster kids into our home and enjoyed the experiences that brought our family. After spending so much time mentoring and working with people, I realized that my life passion was working with people. I resigned from my marketing job, enrolled in iPEC Coaching School, and started this exciting journey of being a life coach.

I have a very special place in my heart for those with special needs. I have worked with special needs youth with ADD, anxiety, and autism, and am drawn to how unique they are. I love finding individualized ways to help them learn and grow. My husband and I are currently licensed through the State of AZ to care for special needs people in our home. What a great blessing that has been to us and our family.
